How come mass random shootings are never done by African-Americans?

the exception I can think of is the D.C. sniper, but he wasn't from American black culture, he was from Jamaica.

How come mass random shootings are never done by African-Americans?
BECAUSE, Black people DO NOT HIDE their anger and EXPLODE one time and commit a rampage. Instead, they express their anger RIGHT AWAY and it gets solved in the spot. We are not that reserved. Others are depressed, bullies and forced to be silent until the day they can't take it any more.

Reply:I would consider gang members who regularly shoot innocent people and each other to have committed mass shootings. Many are random crimes of opportunity and kill far more people every year than more publicized crimes.

also, in most cases we also don't posses the clout or financial ability to own weaponry sophisticated enough to carry out a mass shooting.

Reply:Maybe whites are more prone to commit violent crimes? Then a gain there are a few asians that were upset because they lost a scholarship and then shot up their college, but the number of other races is nowhere near the number of white people that have committed random mass shootings.
