In GTA IV, what are "text message cars" and "random pedestrians"?

There are maps available on some website at TW@. and they show hidden armor, weapons, health, etc.





Also there are "Random pedestrians" and "text message cars"





Does anybody know what these are?





I know it's not the "Friend" things b/c there is a separate map for htat.

you can dial up cars as cheats on ur phone... CAR 555 0100 is one of them... CAR 555 0175 is another i believe.
Reply:What you mean is Random characters you meet throughout the City and the course of the game. Text Message Car Deliveries are done with Stevie.... IDK, I have not gotten a hold of Stevie yet though so I can't help you much there but you meet the random characters throughout the City, They'll appear as a Blue Full body Symbol.


I'd save that for the end of the game to get part of that 100% Completion on the game. You can do the Car Deliveries for Brucie, You'll have to get 9 or 10 of those if I am correct.
