HELP strange folders in c:\WINDOWS?
Yes these are normal :) You need not worry. The files found on the root of your Hard Disk are normally unused - however do NOT delete these.

With regards to those folders found in C:\Windows... The text is in blue because it means that their contents have been compressed. Compress a folder yourself and the text is changed to blue. If the text is green it means that the contents are encrypted. Don't worry about that ;) Those folders are about Windows Updates and Service Packs.... Hope this helps ;)
Reply:those are the types of files/folders that have been used by the RAM. sometimes when you work on something and the computer shuts down, these kind of files are being created by the computer. this is only to protect the original file.
Reply:its ok these folders do exist , dey *** with ur OS

dnt worry abt it
